B: 1pc lean ham, 1/2 small apple
S: 1pc lean ham minus the bite my hubby took
L: 1c salad w/ high pro toppings, 2pc meat lover's thin crust pizza
D: 1pc pepperoni and mushroom pizza, 1 orange
S: 1pc lean ham
Pizza Hut today. Pizza is a huge weakness for me but I tried to take it easier and keep all my other food choices on the good side.
I had over the course of the day, spaced out well:
1/4 pb/sugar free jelly sandwich on wg bread + 1/4 large apple
hig protien pdr + oj + psyllium
1/2 order of tortellini + 1 small wg bread with butter
too many crackers, 1 slice cheese, steamed broccoli, 1 svg potato chips (!)
2 ounces corned beef + 1 small potato + lots of cabbage + 1 small wg bread with butter (god, glad when that loaf is gone - chewy, thick, awesome rye, wheat berries, super good)
neded more veggies/fruit, less of that damn bread
