Alpha Fibe???

Has anyone taken this Alpha Fibe before? its suppose to work like the Alli but doesnt have the side affects, as Alli has. People with IBS are able to take it, as where Alli is not good for LOL!!! Any info Thanks Delilah

I have never heard of that one before.  Might be something to give a try if you have trouble with fats!   

Well Thank You!! I have always had problems with ibs ever since my gall bladder was removed, Iam still doing my WW but so slow just need some help now and then, You know? LOL I see you had been having some problems with your foods, South Beach is one i dont think i have tried, Let me know how it goes, Hope it works very well for you. I have tried so many diets, I guess thats why i feel WW works for me, but like a lot of people i would love to feel normal and eat what i want , but more of it LOL!! at times.  Well good luck on South Beach, sounds like a good one.  Delilah
