That thing has 21 grams of carbs... how the hell are are only 2-3g impact carbs?? You have 14 grams of carbs after you count for the fiber. If you are saying 3 grams for sugar and then 3 grams for sugar alcohols then you still have 8 grams of carbs remaining.  To be honest it seems to me you have at least 13 grams of impact carbs... Calories: 170 per bar Fat: 7 grams Protein: 13 grams Carbohydrates 21 grams dietary fiber: 7 grams sugar: 2 - 3 grams [depending on flavor] sugar alcohols: 3 grams edited to fix my math. lmao.

To be honest...I don't understand.  This post wasn't about my trainer... it wasn't about a blog..and it wasn't about a snickers bar. Needless to say, I'll think twice,thrice or more before posting something so meaningful in a public forum again.  Instead of getting the support I needed (except from Neecee), I got a lesson on how much everyone else's issues mean to me, yet mine mean **** Sometimes it's about someone else..... I think it's time find a new place to hang out and/or keep my personal issues limited to a few select folks in PM.....    this was downright insulting. As a side note;  I read your post regarding your "strength", and I have some news for you...NOT ALL POWERLIFTERS ARE MASCULINE!  I for one am NOT and had been a power lifter all of my life....  frankly, I find that offensive.

Okay, now I get what's going on. LVS, I was applauding you.  You were facing a challenge and handling it well.  how did you miss that part of my post? I digressed into sharing a part that resonated with me, but that wasn't to change the subject.  Sorry that it did, but that can be the nature of MB's.  When that happens, someone usually chimes in, Hijack over and back to the post.  The snicker's part, I think came in because sometimes some of us post to recent posts, not seeing the full context of the thread.

Come back.  Don't let a misunderstanding drive you away.

Wow you make me soooo tired!  My 15 minutes of aerobic/cardio stuff I did in my bedroom last night was treacherous.  Not sure why it doesn't bother me at karate class. Anyway good for you but you still make me exhausted!

So sorry Chris... the post wasn't about that..... that's ok.. I see there's more interest in FOOD in this thread than the feeling of loss I had experienced.   NO PROBLEM.. I'll keep the **** to myself....

dude, I know, really I do. But once a body hits about age 45 ish...you begin to accept your new you.  We've earned it, my sister.  I've worked hard for my money in my life, as I bet you have.  Also, I have been, even though, at wannabe-status, nonetheless, an athlete at heart all my life. I'm not - nor are you - ready for the bone pile just yet. I applaud your shero-ism (and you know I know what I mean by that) by even starting to address the pain in life as a mother & wife.  In more ways than one, it is time to feel that pain so that you can LIVE!
