b.  hamburger patty  l.  2 pieces of sugar free bacon S.  2 servings of oscar meyer shaved turkey      5 macadamia nuts d.  2 eggs w/shaved ham, peppers and cheddar Also, I used 1/2 c half and half and measured 1/3 c of cheddar to use during the day Edited to add some wtf eating: Unreal 245 cal worth of shaved turkey and I polished off the last of that cheese cake like dessert for which Shari posted the recipe.  Instead of low fat cream cheese I used reg and half n half instead of milk.  I'm worried about the carbs in the no fat/no sugar pudding...  but it was so scrumptious PS.. SHARI if you read this:  I made this on Sunday as a dessert for the adults.. I topped it with cherry pie filling for them.  My nephew absolutely FLIPPED out over this.. and it was just so simple to make..... Thank you!

Shari's was low fat. I used 1 box of the sugar/fat free jello brand cheesecake flavor instant pudding 1/2 brick of cream cheese 2 cups of half n half.. Throw it in the blender... and ready to eat.

Good day! 6:30 pm = 1 c blueberries + 1/4 c all bran + 1/4 c nf milk 100 cals 9:00 = small protien bar 150 cals 1:30 = 1/2 wrap sandwich no mayo, chicken chunks + 1 bag sour cream balls + 1 c hi pro soup ~350 cals 3:30 planned = hi pro cappacino 80 cals supper:  lite beers, 3 + homemade chilibeans, 1.5 c + whole grain chips, 1 svg + love of a good man, couple hours should do it! ~800 cals

1480 cals for the day

Hi Janina, For me today B: la yogurt lite, 1 hot pocket egg and cheese  L: Lean Cuisine Panini, 2 tbs of hummus with 10 Kashi crackers, 2 tbs of hummus with 10 baby carrots, tangerine, banana D: 3 oz white meat pork, 1 cup sauteed mushrooms, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 medium sweet potato Snack: will be 100 calorie yogurt with 1/4 cup of Kashi Granola Total Calories 1464 WAY too high in carbs, even if they are good carbs they are still carbs.  The panini alone had 41 carbs in it and of course the granola and crackers and sweet potato definitely pack in the carbs.  I have to stop this obsession that carbs are bad.  But I hate having that number SO high.  On the plus side, I kept my fat grams to 31 for the day!!!!

B: egg substitute  -60 cal,  turkey bacon -50 cal, v8 juice -60 cal

S:  latte w/soy -220 cal, onion roll up (laughing cow 1 at 35 cal, lf deli meat -1/2 serving 30 cal, green onion -15 cal

L:  Two celery sticks -12 cal, hummus -2 tbsp 60 cal

D:  T-bone steak - 340 cal, Salad w 2 tbps lite salad dressing -70 cal, mushrooms -15 cal

S:  sf fudgsicle -40 cal

1007 calories 

I feel hungry today, if still hungry tonight might have  celery with 2 tbsp natural pb -200 cal.  Might just be because didn't eat very well at lunch time.  Took kids to the movies so I was rushed.  Wanted to eat something real fast so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed with popcorn!  It worked...had water. :)

Do you ever get tired of eating out because you know you are going to make stooopid choices because it is too easy? B: 1/2c cottage cheese, 5 thin slice chicken lunch meat L: Chinese Buffet - 1pc honey chicken, 1pc general Tso's chicken, 3 peel 'n eat shrimp, 2 tiny butter shrimp, 2 meatballs, 2 crab rangoon w/ drizzle sweet 'n sour, 1 stuffed shrimp, 1pc mustard chicken, 1 stuffed mushroom, 1/2c cottage cheese w/ 1/4tsp soy based bacn bits and 1/2 tsp sunflower kernels D: hot ham and cheese w/ top bun only from Hardee's, 1 nf ns yogurt S: 1c mixed melon, 1/4 orange, 1 choc chip cookie Not the best day but tomorrow is another day.
