Good day! 6:30 pm = 1 c blueberries + 1/4 c all bran + 1/4 c nf milk 100 cals 9:00 = small protien bar 150 cals 1:30 = 1/2 wrap sandwich no mayo, chicken chunks + 1 bag sour cream balls + 1 c hi pro soup ~350 cals 3:30 planned = hi pro cappacino 80 cals supper: lite beers, 3 + homemade chilibeans, 1.5 c + whole grain chips, 1 svg + love of a good man, couple hours should do it! ~800 cals

B: egg substitute -60 cal, turkey bacon -50 cal, v8 juice -60 cal
S: latte w/soy -220 cal, onion roll up (laughing cow 1 at 35 cal, lf deli meat -1/2 serving 30 cal, green onion -15 cal
L: Two celery sticks -12 cal, hummus -2 tbsp 60 cal
D: T-bone steak - 340 cal, Salad w 2 tbps lite salad dressing -70 cal, mushrooms -15 cal
S: sf fudgsicle -40 cal

I feel hungry today, if still hungry tonight might have celery with 2 tbsp natural pb -200 cal. Might just be because didn't eat very well at lunch time. Took kids to the movies so I was rushed. Wanted to eat something real fast so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed with popcorn! It worked...had water. :)
