Are you SURE about the coffee?? I've never heard of it having carbs in it...? Perhaps the caffeine isn't good? I switched to "altern", which is off brand splenda, this morning. YECH.. I hate splenda but I'm sipping it. There's no way it can be good for you. I put it in the cup and it foams up and doesn't mix well. :( It has this "sacchariny" taste to it like sweet-n-low. It's just gross. I tried it black.. Too plain..tastes like unsweetened tea. yech.

How do you function!?? Lol I used to not drink coffee daily but when I found it woke me up and made me ready for the day it became an addiction. Perhaps if I get my thyroid in order and I get more sleep I can delete the coffee all together.

Yeah I think the salt is killing my weight loss. I LOVE sausage and that's a problem. Perhaps I can find some unsalted sausage or something. These processed foods are great because I don't have a lot of time in the mornings. They make life easy but in reality they're killing me. I've got to figure out another way to do this. Perhaps I could cook a weeks worth on Sunday using low sodium bacon and sausage... Perhaps that's an idea.
I like Atkins because it allows me to enjoy the foods I really like, like sausage. Even if the weight isn't coming off, it's not coming on either and that's good. I like being able to eat like this. I am going to try and figure out a way to cut down the sodium.
