Goooooood Mawniiiiiiiing LOSERS!
I'm just milkin' it while my car is warming up. I should have already been gone but it's cccccooooooooolllllld out there . Hey.. If I leave in a few, I'll still get a 30 minute warm up in.
Yep yep.. weight keeps fluctuating, so I'm doing something a little different for the next couple of days. I went down to 220, then back up to 226 yesterday... today back to 222 and change. LOL I'm on the fatty roller coaster ride of a lifetime! Still though.. even seeing 220... even if it was just a fluid loss fluke might mean I'm not at a standstill any longer... we'll see.

Chris, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the diet. I was totally shocked and amazed at how much my energy level increased in a few short days.
Also, I found that I COULD close my eyes earlier at night and I awoke around 5:00am.... and have been doing so for months now. This coming from a chronic insomniac!
I find it difficult to measure the improvements... I would have to say I'm 400% better! Remember though, I was hardly walking back in July and just coming up with the energy to roll myself off the couch was traumatic. To go from THAT to bouncing off the walls is simply..remarkable to me.
You know, you're correct. I went to bed at 10:30 last night after doing about 15 minutes of pushups, crunches and kicks. I read my atkins book for a few minutes and then I was asleep by 11. Before I started dieting again I never had a problem falling asleep but since January I've struggled tremendously and could NEVER go to sleep before 12. So the extra sleep and the diet that allows me to sleep earlier is probably it!
