So, did yours ring true?
I'm a Pisces and it said even a minor amount of stress can drive them to bingeing which was spot on!

I am amazed at how dead on this thing is. Read on to find out how well it fits my life and dieting style. Beth PISCES (19 Feb - 20 Mar)
Pisceans say one thing one moment, then do the opposite. So their eating habits don't always match their good intentions! (This is sooo true. I can say I am on a diet and then turn around and eat a cupcake and rationalize it.) That said, they are good organisers and once they start a diet they plan it well. (I have charted and planeed almost every aspect of this journey for food, exercise and medications/supplements) Since they enjoy their food, they should choose a diet plan with plenty of variety. (I get so bored so easily with food if there isn't enough variety and then I give up.) And for best effect, they should use their wonderful imagination to visualise how they will look when they reach their goal. (I've not mastered this yet but I have done comparisons, etc.) Alas, Pisceans don't find it easy to start dieting. (I HATE dieting that is why I can't sya I am dieting. I say it is a life change. If I saying I am dieting I immmediately feel deprived and unhappy.) Often they depend on someone else to suggest it to them. (My doctor suggested WLS and I decided to give this one last shot.) Support is crucial for them as they are easily distracted. (I come to this board daily and have joined TOPS. They keep me motivated and moving forward.) One critical comment can destroy their motivation, (my dad can side track me in the blink of an eye through a simple comment) while even a minor amount of stress can drive them to bingeing. (Stress is my biggest trigger.) Despite this, young Pisceans tend to lose weight quite easily once they develop a rhythm. (I have lost 29 pounds since Jan 24th) However, older Pisceans tend to gain weight easily.(I also do this if I am no****ching EVERYTHING I eat.) To minimize this, they should take action as soon as they start gaining in order to prevent obesity in later years.(I wish I had then this battle would be so long and arduous.)
Like Leos, some Virgo dieters can struggle to lose weight despite their positive qualities. On the one hand they are gifted with great practicality, attention to detail and high standards, which leads them to choose sensible diets and which may give them great strength of purpose. On the other, they expect too much of themselves, which can be their downfall. If they don't lose weight fast enough, either they feel too miserable and quit, or else they cut corners, eat too little and end up bingeing. To overcome this, Virgos should join a diet forum or support group which might help them to channel their energy and cope with occasional disappointments.
I have veggie sides every meal.
I swap between salads and cooked veggies I even cook the veggies in different ways. am a mad cook that way- but at least no one ever says they're bored of my homecooked dinners.
Boiled, steamed- with various herbs, tiny sprinkles of cheese, simmer them in a tomato based sauce, add them to casseroles, curries. I even CUT my veggies differently! slices, diced, sticks, whole... I stir fry (with lots of varied herbs/ spices/ chilli), salads (with 'bits' and or changed dressings to break the boredom factor- eg fresh herbs, pinenuts, raisins, grated cheese, olives, sun dried tomato strips..then there's all the ways of DIY dressings...)
I also buy those strange and weird fruit and veggies... have you tried custard apple? To choose one use same method as for avocado. They are so yummy- we buy them and share with the kids.
