Here goes nuttin'... eerrr.. everything!

1 egg scrambled with 1/4 of a medium pepper in olive oil topped with shredded cheddar

2 servings of shaved turkey

12 boiled large shrimp

1 pork rind

1.5 medium chicken breasts roasted w/skin

comes to just under 1300.. not even including the creamer in the coffee.

I'm definitely not taking in enough of fat, so today I'm trying something different.

Got 45 min on treadmill and 15 minutes on the bike..

bowl of mixed cereal with dried fruits in it skim milk

coffee

plum small and sweet

pear (just softening... yummo)

cup of real fesh brewed tea

small multigrain roll with lots of lettuce, dijon mustard and chicken slices (couldn't find the tomato... apparently it was in a different veggie draw to normal)

generous handful (OK it was 2 handfuls...) of rice crackers, mixed nuts and dried fruit mix

corriander and chilli marinated beef kebabs (2)

stir fry veg- carrot, snowpeas, capsicum, mushrooms and cauliflower with a splash of soy sauce and garlic

dessert- redwine and spiced pear with a small wedge of brie cheese

Am now feeling like a stuffed pig!

But am sure there is room for another coffee before bedtime...

Walked for 1 1/2 hrs all around my local area.

Seem to be maintaining that slight weight loss I had this year.  Am now feeling sufficiently below the top end of my BMI that I think I can get through my PS recovery without too much bloat.

Hey Neecee, Ok what are these high protein sour cream balls you're talking about?  Calories?  Protein?  Serving size?  Where do you find them? They sound good...how would you rate them?  I'm always looking for other sources to get my protein in.  My nutritionist prefers that we try and not have protein shakes anymore and go for other protein sources. yes...they are high protein, you may be able to see them at www.carbessentials.net I have a store here in town...they taste like if Kix cereal were savory - sour cream/onion dust on them.  I like them!
