Oopsie batter....?

Okay so I'm looking on Cleo's site and I see all these wonderful deserts. I am having a major sweet tooth right now and I don't want to go off plan so I need to go make something I can have.  Well, I thought I'd check out her site and see what she had available.  Everything is made with this oopsie batter and it looks fantastic, but no where on her site can I find a recipe for it. I can't find a recipe on the internet either.  Soo..   WTF, how the hell do I make oopsie batter??????
