What did you eat today? 03/11
Breakfast:
4 cups (real cups) of coffee with <2 tbsp non-dairy creamer, 4 packs equal
2 egg patties (0 carbs, 0 sugar)
2 sausage patties (Checked these, 0 carbs, 0 sugar)
Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/4 cup or so of ranch dressing. turns out it was way to much cuz it was drowning in it!
6-8 green olives
6-8 black olives
2-3 tablespoons herb & garlic feta cheese
3-4oz herb & garlic pork loin
1/2 cup zucchini, asparagus and portabella mushroom
Dinner:
6-8oz thin baked chicken breast with BBQ seasoning
<1oz grated parmesan cheese melted on the chicken
1 cup or slightly less of squash, onion, green/red bell pepper that was baked with the chicken
Snack: (but really part of dinner)
6 slices pepperoni
3 cuts (28 grams/.5 ounces) mild cheddar cheese (18 slices=6 ounces)
Water:
80 ounces. Working another 20.

A bunch of bull**** lol. Ugh. I had an off day yesterday. I still believe I was under 1200 Calories but eh none of it was "good" food.

L: Grilled Chicken Sandwich w/ No Mayo from Halo Burger (The sandwich was DAMN good too! I havent had a chicken sandwich from fast food in a while.)
Small fry with it...eh
D: Tim Horton's Medium Cafe Mocha no whipped topping
A bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Skim Milk.
PFFT! Today will be better! :) I know for a fact!
