B: egg susbt, with tomato and mushrooms

S: little amount of hominy

L: homemade chicken soup with barely and apple

D: I'm gonna try to invent some type of core pizza for myself.  the kids are bringing pizza home for everyone tonight. yikes!  Figure if I get making this core pizza then i won't be tempted to eat theirs.

S: not sure yet, maybe sf hot cocoa

2 servings turkey  (around 5:30am) 1 egg w/cheddar and peppers a whole package of turkey.... um... 245 cal .5 oz madacamia nuts 1 cup of romaine w/ 3 oz of chicken strips (100) and 1 tsp of marie's blue cheese hamburger patty w/ .5 slice of provolone and 1 slice of tomato comes to about 1300 cal. I feel like I totally PIGGED out today... OH.. and diet snapple tea (2 carbs per bottle)

Best looking I've seen you post in while, Lori. You usually make me hungry thinking about how little you ate. I'm glad to see you enjoyed your food today.  B:4pcs 4" long bacon, 1 nf ns yogurt L: 1oz colby cheese, 1oz grilled chicken strips, 3 meatballs D: 1c homemade potato soup (had more than potatoes but it was goooood. Had potatoes, cauliflower, parsnips, leeks and bacon), 2meatballs and 4 little smokies in BBQ sauce, 1/2c broccoli w/butter S: 1oz pistachio, almond, cashew mix, birthday cupcake....yes, it's my birthday!!! I started w/ 1/2c soup for dinner and bumped it up to 1c. I lovvvvvvvvvvvveeee, love, love potato soup. The fact that I stopped at 1c is awesome because I could have eaten soooooooooo much more. Glad I stopped tho. I am sooo full.

The rheumatologist gave me these pills to take for 20 days.. I think they're giving me the munchies.  I have no clue why I ate this much today...  It's not like I was eating out of hunger (danger zone).

You should be able to eat that much every day & lose!  I concur...you usually scare me how little you eat!

S:  5-6 sm. cubes of cheese and maybe 2 oz sliced chicken breast (deli meat)

D:  Leftover spaghetti w/ wheat pasta and lean meat plus one slice bread with some apple butter spread

Dessert:  small slice of angel food cake with 3 chopped up strawberries and some SF/FF cool whip

Great day!  20 minutes asanas before work 7:00 = EAS drink 10:00 hi pro cookie 1:00 = Donated blood:  tomato juice + string cheese+ pretzels + crackers - 4 whole grain + 1 diet pepsi 3:00 = small protein bar 1.5 hour macho bike ride after work!  Strong legs!!!!! Just gorgeous out there...sunny, 70 ish. tonight:  baked lite breaded halibut + rice + cabbage
