I dunno.. may have another chicken thigh later.

  Edited to add the second chicken thigh.. man were they good.

I just bought some of those peeps!  But not sugar free ones. :(  Hmm I'll have to look for them.

D:  chicken casserole type dish with bulgar , salad

25 minutes asanas, floor work, after work:  45 minute wog in hills. EAS drink = 110 cals 1 hi pro cookie = 150 cals 1 hi pro cappacino = 80 cals 2 slices ezeke bread + 1 tbsp pb + 1 c raddichio + 1 bag sour cream high pro chips = 450 cals 1 hi pro drink = 80 cals + large apple 180 supper:   1 bratwurst + EDIT: no sauteed cabbage, but had red beans + 1 wheat roll w/mustard + red potato boiled 650 cals 1620 for the day - leedle high!

B: 8oz nf ns yogurt L: 2c salad w/ 1/8c green pepper, 1/8c shredded cheddar, 1/2 sm tomato, salad spritzer, 5 thin slices chicken D: 1oz garlic herb mahi mahi, 5 asparagus spears, 1/2c fried cabbage and bacon, 1 med apple S: 1oz pistachio, almond, cashew mix, 1oz colby cheese I noticed a common food on here tonight...cabbage. I loved having cabbage tonight. It was such a change from corn, peas and green beans. I need some variety in veggies. Think I am going to go on a search for some good recipes.
