Yea Chris those recipes are good ones. I am still going to go off of some of them if I have time to cook....but will only make enough for like a day or two. But there are LOTS of fantastic recipes on that site!!!!

I could've sworn you emailed it to me but I'll be damned if I can find it now. Go ahead and send it my way again. I'm pretty sure I'll have no problems getting the fat in. I bought real butter last night for the first time in god knows when!  It was exciting and liberating! hahah I bought the full fat cheese, meats and all that stuff.  Can't wait! :P  God I've been wanting some good juicy fat for so long this gonna be delightful..at least I hope! :P  I don't plan to counting anything but carbs though.  You know me.. I hate counting anything, but carbs are must at this stage.  Even then I'm not technically counting them other than keeping track of it in my head. Induction carbs are probably a little easier to track than phase 2/3.  Less to count! :P  A quiche sounds delightful! I'd love to learn how to make one.  That's a great breakfast, lunch or dinner item!

I know you've been wanting to give this a shot for some time, so good luck!  I bought the book Friday night to read it.  I can't touch it right now tho since it has so much dust in it, but soon I'm gonna read it.  It made me mad, I was hoping that would of been my weekend reading!

Good luck!

Perhaps you could buy some dust masks?  the ones like the doctors use?  I have a few and I use them while I clean and also when I mow the lawn. I don't suffer from allergies but there's nothing worse than breathing in all that craziness. I also use a neti pot daily to flush out my sinuses. I love that thing! Clears me out and helps me breath so much better.  The combination of those two natural remedies ought to make your life a lil' easier, no? Thanks!

lol I was just telling my mom I was considering a mask.  The doctor also told me to use the neti pot once daily with sea salt and baking soda.  I'm glad you mentioned it, I was wondering if it was really worth buying.  I found one on sale and I put it back,   not sure if it really worked.  Maybe I'll run by today and see if it's still on sale.

Thanks!

I bought one at wal-mart for like 10-13 bucks. I just use the little packets they gave me with it but I figure i'll switch to uniodized salt whenever I run out.  It takes some getting used to. The only problem I have with it is stopping it from going down my throat into my mouth but after a few uses I've got it figured out.  It's amazing what comes out of your nose! :) This is the one I bought. You can pick it up at wal-mart and most drug stores. http://www.unimedprod.com/netipot_1.shtml

Oh wow, I like this one better.  Lol, it has a nasal thingy at the end for your nose to be comfortable.ha  The other one I was gonna get just has a straight spout.  Thanks, I'm glad I didn't go get it when I was out  just now.  Walmarts one store that I can't handle so I'll give this nose meds a few days to kick in and go see if we have them here.

Thanks!

You can order it online direct from neilmed I believe.  Do you have a CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens around?

None of the above.  Maybe I'll look at the website again and see if it says where it's being sold near me.  If not I'll get it online.  Probably help my hubby too, he has bad allergies.

Thanks again!

4 days...well that IS a record! LMAO I thought you would find it easier than lots of things! I think ALL food plans take some amount of time to think out and buy or prepare food.
