Abstinence - Day 20
Yesterday, between lunch and dinner, I had a large Slimfast Bar and three medium whole wheat pita pockets. I consider this a binge, and I was disappointed in myself. Breakfast 4 buckwheat pancakes with margarine & light syrup 2 scrambled eggs 1 cup skim milk 3/4 cup orange/grapefruit juice 2 cups hazelnut coffee 20 oz. water Lunch Michelini ravioli with carrot strips and tomato sauce 9 prunes 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit 20 oz. water Afternoon Snack Walnuts 2 egg buns 20 oz. water Dinner Chicken breast with skin left on with white sauce 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1/2 can light fruit ****tail 1 can minestrone soup 1-1/2 cups skim milk Evening Snack 2 cinnamon graham crackers Denise Phares/kitties4
