Posting this now because I don't know when I can get back on.  B: 1 small apple, 1 med orange L: 1oz pistachio, cashew, almond mix, 1oz colby cheese D: 1 bratwurst, 1/2c fresh pineapple, 1/2c green beans S: 1oz cheese, 15 grapes, 1c sr crn & onion chex, pretzel, popcorn mix, 1c popcorn (movie night with the kids) Lots of fruit today but just went shopping. I'm also loving the nuts. Fill me up and lots of good fats with protein.  GOT A NEW FRIDGE TODAY!! YIPPEEE!!!!!!!  I discovered without a fridge, I have nothing to eat. LMAO. I mean I used to eat so many processed foods and snacks, I hardly ever went to the fridge. Now, I hardly ever go to the cabinet. I love it! Beth

B: 1 egg      2 small sausages      2 pieces of bacon      2 pieces of lite toast S: 2x2 brownie L: 1/3rd of a ham and cheese sandwich D: No clue.

I had to present today at a science & math conference! Very soul-satisfying exeprience.  No exercise. 9:00 = EAS drink 12:00 = sandwich with the lid off + 1 apple + 1 bag hi protein chips + water 2:30 = 1 white bread roll + cheese 5:00 = rum & diet coke, will have 3 more  EDIT:  had two - felt very sick for some reason supper: chicken fried steak + garlic mash potatoes (no added fat) + brocoli/corn./onion stir fried  EDIT:  got very nauseous last night!  Ate this, but very little.
