B:  steel cut oats with blueberries

S:  soy latte

L:  refried ff beans, salsa, ff cheese

D:  salad  with ham and a smoothie (strawberries, soy milk, sf cocoa packet)  

Tomorrow's weigh in..yikes!  For some reason I'm terrified of tomorrows weigh in.  Think I've put this plan to high on a pedestal and afraid of failing it (so to speak).  Lol feel like it's some kind of lottery.  Come on numbers!!!!!

B: 6pcs of 4" bacon L: 1 boiled egg, 1oz roasted turkey breast, 1 oz sf ff yogurt S: 5 grapes D: 1/2 c chili mac S: orange It's real hard right now because my fridge is out and I can't keep milk products, etc as easily as I was able to. I gotta try to find time to go get a fridge tonight or tomorrow morning. Thank God for my deep freeze.  TOPS weigh-in tonight. I hope it all goes well. Beth EDIT: Weigh in was down 1.5 pounds!! BMI is officially down 5 points. Just 2.5 pounds to go til the 30 pound mark!

Good day! 6:30 = EAS drink 110 cals 9 = high protein cookie thingie 150 cals

12:30 = high protein pasta bolognese meal + 1 c spinach+ 1 slice ezek bread = 280 cals 3:00 = hi pro cappacino drink 80 cals planned supper:  beef taco meat , 3 ounces + shred cheese, 1 ounce + cabbage slaw + sour cream + salsa + refried beans + whole grain chips 600 cals

 

bike ride or walk after work! 1-1.5 hours

Posting a day late, but took my mom to the hospital with pneumonia yesterday.  Was able to stick to Core program and really proud of myself!! B:  cooked oat bran       plain yogurt       blackberries L:  grilled chicken sandwich at BK (Mom wanted to stop on way to hospital)       no roll or mayo....just chicken, few pieces lettuce and 2 slices tomato S:  beef barley soup in hospital        small salad with 2 oz. tuna, oil&vinegar dressing D:  chicken breast       steamed broccoli Good luck on your weigh in, Holly!!
