Abstinence - Day 16
Last night at WW, I gained around 1.2 pounds, because of my pigging out over the weekend. When I came out of the meeting, the weather was horrendous, and my windows, front & back windshields were ice up. I broke my ice scraper trying to get it off, and had no vision on my left side. To make a left hand turn, I had to open my car door to see out. It was awful! Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1 cup Fiber One cereal 1 cup skim milk 2 cups coffee 20 oz. water Lunch Tuna salad with Dijon mustard, mayo, green pepper, and celery, on a bed of mixed greens 9 prunes 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit 9 baby carrots dipped in light ranch dressing 20 oz. water Dinner Leftover New Orleans Red Beans & brown rice with margarine 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1 can minestrone soup 1-1/2 cups skim milk Evening Snack 1/2 cup sugar-free, low fat ice cream Denise Phares/kitties4
