What Are You Eating-- TUESDAY?
I gotta keep posting here (I stopped for awhile) -- it keeps me accountable and I have to look at all of it! B: 3 slices turkey bacon 2 pieces flax bread with some low sugar apple butter spread S: 3 pieces of celer y and PB L: Healthy Choice bean and ham soup (1/2 can) Grapes cubes of cheese (6-8) and turkey pepperoni (15 slices) D: I think spaghetti made with lean hamburger and wheat pasta
B: steel cut oats with blueberries
S: soy latte
L: chicken breast with onions, mushrooms, and thin slice of avocado, and a satsuma orange
S: quarter chicken breast....I'm so hungry today! I have a cold, always hungry when sick.
D: hamburger patty, broccoli, and spaghetti squash
I've been eying my popcorn machine today. Hopefully I won't break tonight. If so though won't be too bad. It will break my one grain a day that I started yesterday though. lol man..one day!f I'm gonna try hard not to do it. Being sick really gives me the munchies!!
