S: 1.3 oz Turkey Jerky with .75oz Laughing Cow cheese
D: Southwest Turkey Burger with FF cheese, ketchup
     3 oz green beans with mushrooms
S: 1/3 cup vanilla cream cheese pudding with 10 blueberries

       Actual:       31          30              39         (Good day!) (You wouldn't believe the contortions I go through to hit 850 cals, 30%fat, 30%carbs and 40% protein daily-- I make a game of it :)

Not a WHOLE lot. B: Nothing L: Salad consisting of: Around 3/4 cup of iceburg lettuce. 1 strip of bacon, a few cucumber slices, & a few pieces of colby Jack cheese. With Hidden Valley Light Ranch D: BD's Mongolian BBQ, the bowl will consist of chicken, shrimp, lots of broccoli, water chestnuts, a few bean sprouts, a couple of baby corns, mushrooms, cilantro, & a mix of Fajita Sauce & Spice Buffalo Sauce.  553 Calories   31g Fat  14g Carbs  43g Protein I did some TaeBo last night...Billy Blanks kicked my ass hardcore! I am gonna do it again tonight lol. It was the Cardio Celebrity blah blah...fun. :)

Check the label on the light ranch.  Often salad dressings, particularly light, replace fat with sugar!

Just so you know, that cancels out some of the Atkins stuff.  You don't want any sugar whatsoever, especially during induction. Ditch the low fat and go for full fat if you want Atkins to work for you.

I'm content with a few grams of sugar.  I guess I am doing "My Atkins" I cant just ditch something I have in the fridge and go out and buy a brand new bottle. Its a waste of money.  So, being under 20g of carbs and really low in sugar is my goal. I imagine this will still do wonders. Actually I know it will. :) So I am not worried about the 2g whatsoever.

Ok.. I just put dinner on.. I'm making the meatballs that normally go in stuffed peppers in one pan.  They have egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, romano cheese and rice.  THOSE are for the kids  (they don't like peppers). In the crockpot.. (lol) I got 2 stuffed peppers (for Jon) and a couple of balls (no giggles) for me.  These are made with just egg, romano and garlic.  There is some sauce and I'll let Jon have that, but I'll rinse mine off. Now.. breakfast.. lol 1 egg w/ 1/2 serving ham L.  2 pieces of sugar free bacon (70 calories) S.  2 servings of oscar meyer shaved turkey (90 calories) I have NO CLUE how many calories are in dinner, but I'm not worried about it... I've barely hit 300 so another .. ooh.. even if hits 400 in meatballs won't kill me.

I did get off 40 minutes on the treadmil.. then 45 minutes of weights.. doing supersets.

FRUIT! my key word for this day!  Thanks, Em 100 ball crunches + 24 push ups + 10 leg lunges each leg + 2 Long down dog pose + 2 pose of a child + staff pose + breath work  Tonight:  55 minute wog in big hills. 3/4 c raspberries + 1/4 c cottage cheese ~110 cals

1/2 protein bar 150 cals 1 cappacino hi pro drink 80 cals hi pro soup + veggies 150 cals large apple + pb 200? Edit:  did not eat this! Had the other half of my protein bar at 150 cals chicken & brown rice & 2 small spring rolls - 2 cups, big salad - 700
