Ok.. I just put dinner on.. I'm making the meatballs that normally go in stuffed peppers in one pan. They have egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, romano cheese and rice. THOSE are for the kids (they don't like peppers). In the crockpot.. (lol) I got 2 stuffed peppers (for Jon) and a couple of balls (no giggles) for me. These are made with just egg, romano and garlic. There is some sauce and I'll let Jon have that, but I'll rinse mine off. Now.. breakfast.. lol 1 egg w/ 1/2 serving ham L. 2 pieces of sugar free bacon (70 calories) S. 2 servings of oscar meyer shaved turkey (90 calories) I have NO CLUE how many calories are in dinner, but I'm not worried about it... I've barely hit 300 so another .. ooh.. even if hits 400 in meatballs won't kill me.
I did get off 40 minutes on the treadmil.. then 45 minutes of weights.. doing supersets.
