I think it's achievable, though ambitious for most beginners. The article does state that to lose, one typically needs more like an hour plus daily moderate to vigorous movement!
I like how they seem to present options, no one thing is the savior, in fact they advise doing several types of exercising!
However, having said that. since ,most people don't do anything LIKE what they describe as the minimum, ANYTHING in the ballpark would be a real health benefit. In my mind, someone who does nada should start with 15 minutes a day, build to an hour if possible. Stay at moderate level, then at some point begin to push your limits.
