6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
20 oz. water
Dinner
Leftover Spaghetti Bolognese sauce on 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti, with shredded cheese
1 can minestrone soup
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups low fat chocolate milk
