Yeah, dude it is gotta be a plateau! My friend D had RnY and lost like nada for four months - it was a real mindf*ck! She was eating like zerola...and stilll....our fat bodies are cruel masters, i tell ya. My day: 5:30 wog - one hour 6:45 = 1 c total + 1/2 c nf milk 9:30 = hot cocoa hi pro + banana 12:00 - hi pro soup + pb + 1 slice ezeke bread nothing all afternoon - bad me 6:45 here real soon = 1 large sloppy joe + EDIT:  black beans & avocado + beets EDIT:1/2 large oatmeal cookie + skinny cow ice cream My veg intake sucks lately, i know it.

B: 1/2 Wendy's small chili (leftover from last night), 1/2 cheese slice L: 2oz roasted chicken breast D: 5 tiny shrimp, 1 chicken wing drummy, 1x1 pc meatloaf, 1tbsp ghoula****bsp green beans, 1tbsp cottage cheese, 1c salad w/ sprinkle cheese, 2tbsp diced tomato, 2 tsp sour cream, 1tbsp taco meat, 1/2**** cream w/ sprinkles of oreo cookie crumbs, m&m pieces, cookie dough pieces **(buffet- looks liek alot but was a little of quite a few things. Hubby insisted on going because he was one a liquid diet all day Saturday and Sunday and NPO this morning and then didn't eat most of the day due to a colonoscopy. Fartin like a tree monkey tho. RFLMAO) S: At the hospital: 1 small bag peanuts, 3 peanut butter/cheese crackers Still paying for the buffet. I am soooo full. Made sure to ride my bike tonight. I rode 36 minutes for 5 miles. Slower than usually but I did it.

Breakfast:

coffee

2 slices raisin toast

Lunch:

apple

nectarine

Dinner:

Chicken Caesar Salad (Homemade low fat dressing)

Workout:

1 hour bike

Maybe another hour later....

 

Stressed.  Can't eat much.  Workouts give me good endorphin hit!

D: 5 oz Chicken Cordon Bleu and 3 oz green beans and mushrooms
S: 20 blueberries and 1/2 cup cream cheese pudding

Actual:    29           30                41       --- GOOD DAY!
