Beat ya to it, Neen.  8:30 ish = high protein hot chocolate + 1 small banana Took a 3 hour bike ride - heading north and west into town about killed me - all out stand up pedal.  Coming back home, slapped me down that road. 11:00 = 1 small protein bar 12:00 = skinny latte 2:00 = egg + asparagus on ezeke bread 1 slice 6:30 = lean pork + baked sweet potato + roasted beets and onions in balsamic

Me? Didn't eat enough the past couple for days, but I hope to make up a little for lost time--- still losing 9 pounds a month at 7 months out, which is good news.

Can you believe I just plain forgot?  L: Salad: 1c lettuce, 2 slices hard salami, 1/2 roma tomato, 1 cheese slice, 1tbsp real bacon bits, dressing spray D: 1/2sm Wendy's chili, jr bacon cheeseburger (no mayo, bottom bun only), 1nf tapioca pudding S: small bradburn apple Janina, don't beat yourself up on the weight loss, hun. Janina!!!!! Don't give up - not yet! anything worthwhile takes time & patience.  You are doing so good.  c-mon now, (and I completley understand) just try to baby yourself - not with food, but be understanding and compassionate and know you are trying hard.  You may have to try cutting out grains for a while - just as a social experiment. Then try to weave some back in slowly and little at a time.  You  are NOT overeating, not undereating, your bod is just being difficult. Wish you could get outside and walk it off, bike, anything.

Janina-- It's not a game: it's doing what you have to do so you can live the life you want to live, right? I know it's frustrating, but as I just told another struggling friend, it's okay to want-- we all do. But regret is something you can't afford, so don't do anything that'll make you regretful, okay? Go for a mad walk. Punch a pillow. Take a bath and a nap. But don't let your urges undo the good you've done yourself.
