B: Yogurt and Coffee (5pts) S: Skittles L: 1 fried wonton,       1 fried shrimp,       1 fried chicken wing,       1 beef on stick,       1 pork rib  (All from chinese Pu Pu platter) (No clue on points or cal's) D: Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms      Broccoli Rabe      Gorgonzola Potatoes Total: Honestly, no idea - Today, I needed a break from counting.

I'm off the plan today as well. Not going ape**** but just eating.  9:00 = 2 hi omega eggs + 1 oz lean ham + 1 ezeke bread + 1 c nf milk 2 hour bike ride with Dh - lots of rests, but lots of hills 1:00 = 1 small chili burger, 1/4 c fries, diet coke 2:30 - 2 oatmeal cookies after the movie tonight, EDITED: 2 ounces lean ham + 2 SB cheese slices + 2 ezek bread + 1 tsp butter (grilled ham cheese); 1.5 c tomato soup (included organic tomatoes, 1 tsp half and half + 12 saltines + 2 sierra nevada beers 2 more darn cookies.

Yanno.. I sorta got a calorie clicker in my head.. after a while, girl...  OMG..  I think of everything in terms of calories.  If I eat an ounce of provolone.. it's not cheese.. it's "100", if I eat an egg.. it's not an egg.. it's "100".  I sure does get old.. lol Ok.. I made eggs this morning w/heavy cream, virginia ham and broccoli and I took a spoonful (I made like 3 eggs for Jon..so I copped some of his). L.  We went to Ihop when I got out of the gym.  We both had the sirloin med rare with one egg s.  I've been picking on some sliced turkey.. probably from 90 - 135 calories worth and had 1 slice of provolone (OMG.. they're so OUT of my favorite sharp provolone.. this is the sliced stuff )  sniff..sniff... D.  I'll end up having dinner around 8.  I have chicken thighs with garlic, and oregano in the oven.  I'll probably have 2 of those and snitch a couple of Jon's broccoli florets. I DID hit the gym 6 days in a row!  AMEN!  I only worked weights 2 of them.. for the other, I was just still too tender.  I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill.. it took an hour.. I had a good sweat going.. so that satisfied me.  Today for the first time.. even if it was jus****er weight.... I hit 224.4!  <-- inspiring

B: 1/2 c cottage cheese L: 1 pc frozen pepperoni pizza, 1c chili w/ 2tbsp cheese S: 1 med banana S: 1c fruit salad (no sugar) (apple, grapes, tangerine, banana) D: 1/2 c sauteed spinach, 6 swedish meatballs My youngest daughter, 13, had two friends over last night. OMG I was a nervous wreck from the one. Every time I turned around, I was looking for something to eat. I didn't eat but two extra snacks and they were good choices like an ounce of cheese but I have got to learn not to give into that feeling.

We must be cheeseheads!  I couldn't find my provolone so I was nipping little cubes of swiss all night last night!    (I don't like swiss).. LOL

I live in a family of cheeseheads especially my dh and youngest daughter. Colby and brick are my favorites.
