Breakfast

1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup skim milk
2 cups hazelnut coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
1 Lean Cuisine spaghetti with meat sauce
9 prunes
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
2 whole wheat pita pockets
20 oz. water
Dinner
Eat out at Cracker Barrel (I will order something healthy, and do my best to eat until I'm satisfied, not stuffed, since I am on the Core Program with WW).
