Once again I'm down to 300.  lol it was bouncing around from 299.4 to 301.7, driving me nuts.  So either way I lost one to a little over two pounds.  Now will be the test if Core works for me.  I can never seem to stay under the 300 pound mark.  I feel myself getting impatient lately, but still excited that this might work for me.  I REALLY want to see myself progressing faster than this.  I started exercising every day so hopefully that will start to show.

This scale LOVES the 295's-305!!!  Lol, it just amazes me on how I stick to this little section of the scale.  Don't ya love the days where you just want to fast forward a good ten to twenty pounds sooo bad just in order to be happy!

Overall though a loss is a loss..yay!

Glad to hear it!  Just keep on doing what your doing and it will move.  Patience is definitely an issue for most of us. Brenda

Congrats on the loss! There is a learning curve of a few weeks with Core. Review your materials -- bring them with you when you go shopping.  Don't "guess" that something might be Core. Kudos on the workouts as well -- they will enhance your losses and you'll feel better.

I was wondering when you were gonna pop in.  It's like we never know! hehe  You're right, I do need to keep my book in my purse with me.  I've found myself needing it multiple times when I'm in the store.  Just like I really thought Nalley ff vegetarian chili was legal and then after I got home and ate it I found out other wise!  Made me mad.  Is it my imagination or is some of the things not match up in the book vs online??  Of course now I can't think of an example, but when I notice one I'll ask you about it.

Have a fun weekend! :)

I know the feeling!  Today I was 299, but I've prepared myself that I may hover for awhile.

I saw you hit 299 and I was thinking the same thing.  It stinks doesn't it.  I just don't understand it.  I'm determined though, that's why I'm still here after three months losing and gaining the SAME old pounds!!  It's really getting on my nerves though.  I think that right there is getting me even more motivated to break this.  It's just got to stop, I'm getting sick of it.  I'm ready to see the 280's, lol I want it now damnit!  So I'm determined no matter what this is it, I'm tired of seeing that three hundred mark again, and I'm tired of dreading the scale going back up in the nineties.  I've been fighting it even longer than I've been on this board.   I have to break this soon or I'm gonna crack.

Yay!!! Congrats on the loss!! I have the same problem as you. Mine's been hanging around the same thing for a month now.  This morning I got on my scale and it finally moved down a pound below what it was stuck on!  My doctors scale read 295.4 yesterday while my broken scale was 280.5.  This morning it was 279. :)  My analog scale read between 294 and 295 so I'm gonna count that as a lb down.  I cut out the fruit and things are moving again.. how weird is that?

It's weird what our bodies react too isn't it.  I've been reading a little bit of several different books.  This has been reminding me a lot of the SB diet, but at the same time different. lol if that makes any sense.  I tend to eat more fruits than I do veggies.  I just don't like veggies much.  I eat them, and they are alright, but I get burned out on them SO easily.   But the fruit problem reminds me of SB where they say to just eat one a day, and see what happens.  Then add a piece of bread..and see what happens, one thing at a time, very slowly.
