Abstinence - Day 12
I forgot to put the results of my WW weigh-in yesterday. I gained 2.2 pounds since last week, because I really pigged out over the weekend. I didn't really start doing WW for real until Monday.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1 cup skim milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Shredded mozzarella & light cheddar cheese with 3 tomato slices drizzled with balsamic vinegar
1 can chicken noodle soup
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
Blueberries
20 oz. water
Dinner
Steak cooked on griddle
Baked white potato with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups skim milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar
