Doesn't look like Janina's around today so I thought I would start it. Here I hated it being posted so early in the day for me since I'm on the last time zone. But I was wrong, I think putting it on here before my day is over helps me keep myself on track!

B: Shredded wheat with nf plain soy milk

L: Tuna fish, lettuce with spritzer, and a serving of hominy

D: I gave up and gonna take the kids to McD's. I'm just going to feed everyone healthy. I brought my own edemame, and had a large soy latte

S: EAS protein drink

Thanks Holly!!  I was SOOO busy at work today, I couldn't do it! B: Yogurt & Coffee (5pts - 230 cal) S: Granola bar (2pts - 100 cal) L: Lean cuisine (6pts - 270 cal) S: Pop tarts (10pts - 420 cal) D: 1 chicken breast (3pts - 180 cal)      1/2 cup mashed potatoes (5pts - 230 cal) Total: 31pts - too lazy to count calories.  I won't forget tomorrow!!

B: 1 fried egg, 2.5 pcs bacon, 1/2pc rye toast w/butter L: 2c salad w/ 1/4c cheddar and 2 oz roasted chicken breast D: 3 oz grilled chicken w/ 1/4c mushroom sauce, 1c broccoli carrot mix S: 1/2 c chocolate brownie frozen yogurt (110 cal) OMG! the frozen yogurt was by Edy's. It is to die for. It is so thick, rich and sweet that 1/2 c was all I could eat. Well worth the cost.

I ate a bunch of bull crap. I didn't take my pill yesterday. I mean it isnt like the worst ever or anything but I dont want to face the calories. So I never logged it in...even tho I probably will later just to see it. B: Notta L: Tim Hortons Turkey Bacon Club with Cream of Potato Bacon SOup D: Long Island Iced Tea, Side Salad with Ranch, and a Bowl of Chili....I really like the Chili from Uno's.

Wog before work:  45 minutes 6:30 = nf milk + 1/2 scoop protein pdr + 1 tsp psyllium 150 cals small apple - 8:00 ish 9:00 = high protein cappacino 80 cals 11:00 = small protein bar 150 cals 12:30 = 1/2 c soy sloppy joe + 1 slice ezek bread + 1 high protein pudding 270 cals nothing until supper: 6:30 pm = 1 large baked chicken breast light breading + 1/2 c mac/cheese + 1 c asparagus 650 ish 7:00 1/2 c spumoni - 250
