1 cup fat-free cottage cheese with 1/2 can pineapple chunks
Small salad of mixed greens with light blue cheese dressing
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
20 oz. water
Dinner
New Orleans Red Beans & Rice sauce
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can vegetable soup
Grapes
1-1/2 cups skim milk
