Abstinence - Day 10
Tonight I get weighed at WW again. Wish me luck. I haven't done the Core Plan perfectly, but I'm adjusting to not having bread at lunch time. Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit 1 cup raisin bran*(I know this isn't a Core cereal, but I want to use it up, first) 1 cup skim milk 2 cups coffee 20 oz. water Lunch Tuna salad, with green pepper, celery, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise* (This isn't fat-free, but I want to use it up) on a bed of mixed salad greens 9 baby carrots dipped in light ranch dressing 9 prunes*(also not Core, but I want to use them up) 6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt* (you're supposed to use plain yogurt, but I don't like it) 20 oz. water Dinner Champion All-Beef Chili (out of old Turn Around WW cookbook) 1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1-1/2 cups skim milk Evening Snack 1/2 cup sugar-free, low fat ice cream Denise Phares/kitties4
