 No Weight loss this week, I suck! LOL!!!  Iam haveing a hard time in the evenings, after about 7: oclock I feel hungry, unless its just head hunger, Anyone got any suggestions? it would really be helpful, Thanks! Delilah

Exercise and water!!!

I'm REALLY finding this out this week.  I know, everyone on this board says it repeatedly. Mama's going to be slapping my hands. hehe   But it's so much easier to sit here and whine and complain about it.  I've done it for the past two days and so far it's working.  If you already are doing both maybe switch your snacks around if you have snacks.  If not, maybe you should decrease your points somewhere in the day to allow yourself one.

I was just thinking about you and your munchy craving at night.  Have you tried to eat an apple at that point?  Sounds sort of stupid, but I swear an apple in the afternoon helps me get to dinner safely.  And it's hardly any points either!

Just a thought

No havent tried a apple, but did some grapes and that didnt work, LOL i will try one thanks! Delilah

That's okay... you'll drop more next WI. I hate these weeks though... I can understand your frustration! What I do in the evening if I feel that hunger... head or belly (LOL) I pop myself some smart pop popcorn and eat the whole freakin BAG Seriously! 6 & 3/4 cup is only 2 points! And if I need a touch of "sweet"- I pop some smart-pop kettle corn. It helps me a LOT. Some days, if I have a rough day- I eat THAT for supper :)  It fills me up, gives me that MUNCH action I so desperately need, AND it's only TWO POINTS I'm having a REAL difficult time this week- I know it IS my water. Ummmm... I guess I should say: "My *NO* water".... cause I'm getting so little in :(  I'm disgusted with myself because I know absolutely WHY things are going so poorly this week- yet I'm NOT FIXING it :(    I think my stress level is so high right now that I'm going minute by minute around here and most the time- my minutes are just NOT including WATER :(   (ha! Now I'm GULPING it cause I'm actually THINKING abou****ER as I type :)  Maybe if I keep it up- I'll drop a tiny bit before I leave!?  I think I'll start working on that :) Hang in there... you'll drop within a couple days I'm sure! Sometimes the DAY we WI can be a pain! I just decided this week- I'm not weighing in until I'm up Saturday morning getting ready for our flight!  (which I am worried SICK over!)

Thanks All! I will try that, iam really trying I just guess this weather makes it hard to, cause you cant really get out and do a whole lot. Iam really looking forward to some warm weather, sick of all this ice and snow. I will try the popcorn and apples, and its true i need to gulp more water to, LOL!!  Thanks Delilah!
