Hi Janina, Are you not able to have restriction with your Band? I can't :( and it sucks! Oh well, I must try, try again and never give up my own personal war with obesity. Ever since my niece's 2 year B-Day party this past Saturday, I've been off with my WW plan. I came out so strong and now I am not even being accountable with the points. I want to skip tonights weigh-in but I know that I'm only hiding from myself. I have not gained any but I'm almost sure that I didn't lose any - and I promised myself that I would lose every week if I joined. The Good News is that you seem to be doing a great job! Best, Leila
I just got an unfill last Sunday and I'm paranoid I'll start eating out of control (bread). So I'm being strict until my "refill" ;o) in 8 days.
B: Nothing
L: Protein Shake 120
D: Protein Shake 120
Munchies (now) Tuna and some cheese 350
Total: 600 or so.
Upside to this is that I stopped losing at 140, I was happy with that weight. I have lost 1/2 pound in the last few days and I'm in the 130s!! Only by 1/2 pound, but it's the 130s! 139.5#.
