Option 2....
As in the whole trainer thing. Last night my Aunt came over to get her hair highlighted. We were talking about weight loss and everything. And she goes to a gym and she was telling me all about it which it definitely sparked my interest. It is a smaller gym where everyone knows everyone, no snoodiness and ranges in ages. It is an actually like body building training facility but it offers regular things. She was telling me that they cardio classes everyday. She goes on certain days. Says she is usually there for an hour and half. And that the trainers are not free but they do help you out and sometimes pull you aside and train you. She was telling me yea they kick your ass! So Monday I am going out there and meeting her. I will be doing a HipHop cardio class for an hour shes like stay in the back with me because I still mess it up lol. She says sometimes if the guy catches you slacking he makes the entire class start from the beginning of that certain part of the work out again lol. I'm like oh lovely. Basically I guess its like hardcore boot camp. They also set up diets for you and set up work out plans for you and get you in routines and what not. SHe told me Tuesday and Thursdays Buns and Thighs classes you wont be able to walk the next day...I was like oh hell yea! So I am excited. It's actually cheaper than the one here in town and I dont have to have like a 6 month contract or anything there are no ties at this gym my Aunt goes to. Plus I guess my friends father is only at the gym from 8am - 1pm....I am at work then! So I am actually really excited because this should tone me up and get me into better shape... :) Here I come watch out! After I do a month of training there I will post new pics lol.
