Breakfast: cereal (2 servings), milk Snack: 4 lorna dorne cookies & glass of tea Lunch: 3 oz roast beef, 1 slice wheat bread, 1/2C baked beans, 1/2 C mixed veggies, tea Snack: Tootsie roll pop Dinner: 3 oz roast beef, 1C baked beans, 1/2 C mixed veggies, tea Still have a snack or two left...need to calculate up my calories & carbs, fiber etc...to see how much leeway I have left:-) Lisa

B: 5pc 4" bacon L: 2 cups grilled chicken chef salad w/ spritzer, 1/2 pc garlic bread D: 8 shrimp, 2 tsp ****tail sauce, 1/4c mad and cheese, 1/2c zucchini S: 1pc low cal whole wheat toast w/ 1tbsp natural peanut butter, 8 oz skim milk I went a weighed again today. I've been doing it like every other day out of obsession. It reads 348#. I'm down another 2 pounds from Sunday! Yee Haw!!!! That's 25 pounds total!  Thank you all for all the encouragement and kind words you have given. It really has helped me get this far.

What DIDN'T I eat! b.  1 serving oscar meyer shaved turkey which is nothing.. like 45 cal. ( s.  2 servings for another 90 L.  medium chicken leg quarter Afternoon I got munchie and ate a small chicken leg quarter Just a few minutes ago I had ANOTHER small chicken leg quarter No reason to eat all that.. just was eating to eat!  (Boredom)
