Hi everyone

So I had my second baby in december and took some time to get back on my feet. It was stressfull the last month, with mum and dad being in hospitals all the time, but yesterday I finally had the time and energy to make my fresh start with weigh****chers

I weighed in at 148,3 kilos (326.3 pounds) which makes my BMI just 50,1 I am still 10 kilos less then what I weighed a year ago, before pregnancy, but I am already 8 kilos heavier than just after delivery.

All that aside, now is a new day and this week I will make my start on the FNOA Final NON Op Attempt. If this doesn;'t work this year, next year I'll be going to the surgeon's office!

I need to do it for myself, my two boys and DH, to be healthy and fit and be able to see my grandkids.

I hope to get and give much needed support here

love from holland

Carina....Welcome!! There are several of us here doing WW and this is all in all a very supportive and friendly group.  We welcome you all the way from Holland!  My daughter-in-law just had a baby in January and she has just started WW too.  A great healthy approach for you and your little one....don't know if you're nursing or not, but the extra 10 pts they allow helps too if you are. You are certainly doing the right thing by getting this weight off now for your family and yourself.  I am 61 and wish I had done it way back then.  This is the best gift you can give yourself.  We will all help anyway we can and we usually post at the end of the day what we've eaten (optional, of course) and that may help give you ideas of how people are using different methods also. Welcome aboard.....Sherrie

Congratulations on your new baby:-)   I also decided back in January that "this was it" & have been watching my intake like a hawk & exercising (alot) each day.  I'd prefer to lose it myself rather than have surgery.  So far I'm down 30lbs...so far so good:-) I'm doing this for myself and for my kids (6,5 & 13 mos old) Lisa

Hi Carina!!!!!  Good for you to give it one last serious shot. It is so worth it to learnt he habits if nothing else. And, not the least important, to be an example for your kids.  I wish I had taught mine more about healthy portions. WW is awesome for that...this way you can re-teach yourself to eat real food the right way.

Missed you and glad to see ya.
