6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
1 apple
20 oz. water
Dinner
Spaghetti Bolognese sauce
Whole wheat spaghetti
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
