Fit by 40 and two compliments

So, Saturday I decided I needed to practice my boxing stuff since it doesn't come naturally.  A nice 25 year old cutey offered to spar with me and teach me some as he's a competitive boxer.  And today, my cube mate, a 21 year old intern was asking about my routine (boot camp kicked butt today) and my goals and when I said "I turn 40 in a year and a half and wanted to be fit by 40, his jaw dropped. I like looking young-ish.... 38, but 25 at heart.
