Memorial Day Weight Loss Challenge
Hey everyone time to check in and see how you're doing.
For me, I'm in a HUGE stall right now. So I'm still at 306. I had been hoping to get below 300 before my 6 week dr's appointment, but since that's on Wednesday it won't be happening. I know stalls occur, so I've got to be patient but it's so hard at times.

Melinda- you are doing so well- I'm sure next week you'll be recording a good loss! It sure can be frustrating, but if you know you are doing well... it WILL happen :)
I'm not doing that great but my last WI was 186. I'm REALLY stressing about my vacation starting this next Sat. EIGHT DAYS of FAST FOOD eateries and NO elliptical- that could do me in :( Hoping my walking all day every day will counter SOME of the foods.

Hey you LOST!!! That's so great, especially since you are in the midst of getting ready for your big vacation. You will do GREAT...even if you eat fast food, there should be some options for those trying to eat healthier. Plus, with all of that walking you will be doing you are sure to lose weight AND have the time of your life with your little kiddos and hubby.
