Hi all! I didn't see Janina daily post so I thought I'd start it. B: 1pc whole grain low cal toast w/ margarine, 1 tangerine L: Chinese Buffet: 1 crab rangoon, 3 sm pc honey chicken, 3 sm pc Gen Tso's Chicken, 3 green beans, 3 broccoli florets, 4 tiny shrimp scampi, 1 peel and eat shrimp, about 1 tbsp seafood salad, crab/bacon bite, 1/2c egg drop soup, 2"x2" pc choc/coffee cake.....I had a lot of different things but not alot as far as volume. I did really well not overindulging. I was proud of myself. D: 3oz cheeseburger (no bun), 1/2c natural applesauce, 1/2c lf cottage cheese S: 1"x2" pc pineapple upside down cake at my dad's bday party

Yea.. where IS the little woman...   ok 4 or 5 ounces of lean ground beef with 1/4 c cheese on it 1 egg 1 oz provolone chicken leg quarter 3 or 4 fresh steamed green beans 8 bottles of water 2 cherry coke zero <-- these really ROCK

Back on plan! My party last night (and dinner out on my b-day) didn't cost me mu*****luding cookies, buffalo dip, birthday cake, peach schnapps and hoagie dip---I still lost 3 pounds this week( probably because the extra fat made me a poopin' machine!) Feel free to hate my re-figured guts! ;)

I didn't start 'til after noon, so "breakfast" is a weird word choice

B: 4 smoked turkey/honey mustard/LC herb garlic cheese/pickle wrap ups
L: Meatball casserole (with green beans and tomato sauce and mozzarella)
D: 4 oz buffalo chicken dip (hair o' the dog!) and 12 sesame whole wheat crackers
S: 1 oz turkey jerky
     1/2 cup white chocolate cream cheese pudding

851 calories  29 fat    69 carbs   79 protein

Exercise: 1/2 hour water aerobics
Vitamins: All 25 of 'em on schedule!
Water: Drinkin' like a fish!

Weird day (yesterday)....didn't count points but made everything healthy version...probably ended up with more than I should have, but was celebrating my son-in-law's birthday B:  steel cut oatmeal        banana       2 turkey bacon S:  tangerine       meatball (had to try them and made with 95% lean ground beef L:  2 oz. turkey       6 pieces LF pepperoni D:  1 cup WW spaghetti with sauce       1 meatball, 1 chicken/turkey sausage       salad with spray dressing       1 piece pumpkin cake (substituted WW flour and applesauce for the oil)...without the cream cheese frosting S:   Sent the rest of the cake home with my daughter's family except for 2 small pieces without the frosting for me and 2 with frosting for SO....SO went to bed and I ate my two pieces while watching the Oscars.  Figured I'd get them out of the way so I could start fresh this morning...LOL
