B: 1 egg (2pts - 79 cal)      1 piece American cheese (2pts - 100 cal)      1 piece toast (2pts - 120 cal)      1 piece turkey bacon (1 pts - 40 cal) S: 3 hot wings (5pts - 210 cal) L: 1/2 PB&J sandwich (6pts - 390 cal)[threw it up] D: 3 oz Roast Pork (3pts - 139 cal)      1 cup pasta in mushroom sauce (5pts - 210 cal) Total:  26pts - 1288 cal I weigh in tomorrow morning.  Wish me luck!!

B.  1 oz provolone S.  1 oz provolone L.  1 egg with 1/2 serving of shaved ham in it D.  about 6 oz of meatloaf made with asiago, romano an egg, minced onion and oregano. I'm on my 8th bottle of water.  I had a cherry coke zero (omg.. it's so good) and 2 cups of coffee and I don't think I can hold another drop.

B:  2 eggs (4 pts)       2 slices turkey bacon (2 pts) L:  Lentil Kielbasa Stew (8 pts) D:  Filet Mignon (7 pts)       1/2 boneless pork chop (4 pts)       antipasto salad (6 pts) Out to dinner tonight at an Italian Steakhouse restaurant....had a Mixed Grill plate and brought home the other filet, 1/2 pork chop and all of the Chicken French with angel hair pasta....My SO can have it tomorrow for dinner.  Did pretty good, considering. 31/31 points Weighed in today at WW....only lost 1lb, but it's all in the right direction. B: 2 oz leftover meatloaf, tangerine L: 1/2 grilled chicken snack wrap from Mc D's and a side salad w/ the rest of the chicken from the snack wrap and 1/3 pkg lf italian dressing D: 1c spaghetti w/ 1/2c thick meat sauce, 2c lettuce salad w/ 2 tbsp diced gr. pepper, 1tbsp romano, spray dressing Sx 3: tangerine, 1/4 c sunflower kernels, 1c ff, sf pistachio pudding Ended up that the girls made supper. It was nice but I had more food than I normally would have eaten. They're trying though and it really was a healthy supper over all. I ate the meat sauce out of the spaghetti and only about 1/2 the noodles. I gave the rest of the noodles to the dog.  ETA: menu items and commentary

At an all day meeting, then travel back home (4 hour traveling time between flight and ride home) I  had a great weekend overall with exercise - walked every day in hilly downtown Burbank! Food was what it was; I supplemented meeting foods with my bariatric stuff basically. Saturday food was over in calories - the other days (Thurs, fri) not this bad Biggo walk 6:30 - 8:45 9:30 = 1/2 poppy seed bagel + 1/2 oz cr cheese + fresh fruit (berries, melons, pineapple) + 6 oz grapefruit juice + coffee barrels 11:00 = 1/2 protein bar 12:30 = turkey, avacado, egg, bleu cheese on greens salad, smear of ranch dressing + sorbet  1:30 = 1 small blueberry muffin 3:30 = 1/2 protein bar 8:30 pm on the road = grilled steak burrito at Taco bell, refried beans, 1/2 c rice 11:30 = 2 small pieces pizza + 1 c nf milk
