Core workout videos

didn't someone mention these on the board before? I seen them advertised on tv this morning and I have looked them up on ebay..and they had a belly dance one. Has anyone got any of these videos and tried them? If you have..what did you think about it and which one did you get?

I don't know anything about the core videos, but I took belly dancing classes way back in the day, and it is an excellent workout. Now when I am cooking and waiting for something to boil, I'll stand at the stove and do the lower body shimmie.    I'll burn a calorie whenever I get a chance! Mary
