Crazy thought
All my girls went to their sister's house tonight and my first thought was, "What now?" Then the second thought was, "Man, I go get something good (bad lol) and they'll never know."
Ok so are you ready for the crazy thought? My mind went straight to a box of sugar free jello pudding and getting to eat it all by myself instead of a lousy half cup. I'm telling you, in the past I would have went after a medium Blizzard or something like that from Dairy Queen or went out to eat.
I still haven't made the pudding and most likely still won't eat it all but I LOVE the change in thinking!

Good for you!! I am a "sneak" eater too. My SO has been working nights this week and I've been home alone and having a heck of a time with the "if no one sees me eat it, does it really count?" way of thinking. Managed to lose a pound, but could have done better.
A really good treat is to mix two packages of the sugar free jello with 2 cups boiling water and then add a 32oz container of Dannon Light N Fit vanilla yogurt and mix well. Pour it into six bowls and you have a good sized sweet treat and only 1 point for those of you on WW. Works for me to have some in the fridge at all times.
I'm so happy for you that you're thinking so positively....keep up the good work!
