1-1/4 cups Cream of Wheat
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
1/2 Belgian waffle with light syrup
2 turkey sausage patties
1 potato wedge
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt
16 oz. water
Dinner
Leftover Fireside Beef Stew
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
1 large Slimfast Bar

1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Scrambled egg omelet
2 turkey sausage patties
1 potato wedge
Fruit (probably peaches, mandarin orange slices , or sliced pear)
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar yogurt with fruit
16 oz. water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1 Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar

This past Tuesday, I joined Weigh****chers. I will go next week on their Core Plan, and learn to eat until I'm satisfied on healthy food. I don't want to eat large quantities of this food, since I'll end up stuffed. Less is better. Since I will continue to go to Overeaters Anonymous and work their program, I should succeed at Weigh****chers this time. I failed at it two years ago, on both the Flex Plan and the Core Plan, because I couldn't stop cheating. Now that I'm abstinent again with OA, that shouldn't be a problem this time.
