I'm trying to be very careful...  getting on my scale is like getting on a roller coaster lately, so I'm watching every morsel like a hawk

Breakfast:  2 oz of lean ground beef  and 1 easy over egg on it

Lunch:  2 oz lean ground beef and about 1/2 cup of shredded romaine w/1 tsp of no carb blue cheese dressing

Snack:  1 oz of hard provolone

I'm not sure what's for dinner..  if I feel up to it I'm gonna make 1 little meatloaf the regular way for the kids and 1 little meatloaf with egg, romano and minced onion for Jon and me.  If I don't feel up to it... well.. THERE'S THE BEEF...  (that I'm sure my kid won't cook), so maybe I'll have an egg.

Let's see..

Friday I was 225.  Sunday I was 240.  Today I'm 235.

I just made a sugar free cheesecake and have been enjoying a taste.  Otherwise my day was cottage cheese, eggwhite omelet with cheese and tomato and turkey bacon, and chicken salad on lettuce.

B: 1/4c sunflower kernels, 6 fried potato wedges L: med baked potato w/ 1/3c cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp salsa D: 4-5oz low carb meatloaf (inspired by Lori), 1c broccoli      ****Lori (LVS), thank you for mentioning the meatloaf with romano. I used that instead of carbs such as crackers for filler but I also added LOTS of onion, green pepper and celery. It's pretty good I must say.) S: Don't know. Think I need to go to the store cuz I don't see any healthy snacks here unless I eat some more sunflower kernels. We'll see. Lost another 2.5 pounds this week. I am sooooooo happy. My total this month is 22 pounds!!! WOW! I didn't expect it since frankly, I have never lost that much that fast. I felt like I was starting to let some bad habits creep back in this week (and I probably did) but the loss gives me encouragement to keep moving forward. I can screw up now and then and still not give in and quit. I have to remember that. Leave the mistakes behind and just keep moving forward.  Self discovery of the week: I LOVE being able to look forward to a meal instead of eating "just because". It feels good and taste sooo much better. **Edited to update
