L: One of the best salads of my life: assorted leafy greens (dandelion, etc.), sea vegetables, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, pumpkin seeds & sesame seeds, and seitan...with about a tablespoon of mystery dressing. (I ate out at my new restaurant obsession.)
D: Wild mushroom & goat cheese quiche, steamed savoy cabbage and yellow squash
Everything and nothing at the same time. Flu i****ting my house so I ate everything I shouldn't and not much overall. I just at what I could tolerate at the time and kept it simple.

Just not my day. Sinuses are hurting like crazy, nose won't quit running, throat is finally starting to feel better and cough is getting lighter. Pray I don't get the rest of the flu symptoms to go with this.

AND...I weighed again. Lost of total of 8 lbs in exactly 2 weeks! WOOT!!!!!!!
