So excited for it to be Friday. B: Black coffee L: One of the best salads of my life: assorted leafy greens (dandelion, etc.), sea vegetables, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, pumpkin seeds & sesame seeds, and seitan...with about a tablespoon of mystery dressing. (I ate out at my new restaurant obsession.) D: Wild mushroom & goat cheese quiche, steamed savoy cabbage and yellow squash

Everything and nothing at the same time. Flu i****ting my house so I ate everything I shouldn't and not much overall. I just at what I could tolerate at the time and kept it simple. B: 3/4c cinnamon toast crunch (dry), 1 tangerine L: 1 c homemade beef stew, 2 big handfuls of oyster crackers S: 1/4c sunflower kernels D: 2c cinnamon toast crunch, 1c skim milk S: no clue Just not my day. Sinuses are hurting like crazy, nose won't quit running, throat is finally starting to feel better and cough is getting lighter. Pray I don't get the rest of the flu symptoms to go with this.

B: Fruit and walnut salad and black coffee (210 cal) L: Black angus steak Sammie (200 cal) and cup of chili (140 cal) S: 4 shortbread cookies (120 cal) S: orange (50 cal) D: bowl of soup (300 cal) and two pieces of cheese toast (330) S: 1 cup yogurt blends (200 cal) 2 liters of water and one diet pepsi 1550 calories AND...I weighed again.  Lost of total of 8 lbs in exactly 2 weeks!  WOOT!!!!!!!
