Tail between my legs...
Mmmm I had to stop and think then what exactly it meant:
Apparently it means:
Onya means Well Done, a shortened form of Good On You.
So in this case it meant "Good on you" but with a slightly sarcastic undertone- a sort of "you are such a dag" undertone. Mmmm which leads me to 'dag' which is:
Dag : a funny person, nerd, goof
Yeah, I did wonder if Chris' wife took that photo of him... or whether it was a work colleague given he was wearing his suit....

First off... I must have a dirty mind cause I had something completely different pop in my head... next.... STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP! Your trainer should UNDERSTAND that you want to be the BEST you that you can be in that gym. He was once in your position.. and to be quite frank.. he's getting PAID to understand! I'm glad you got the matter cleared up.. I know how "attached" we get to our trainers. I wouldn't trade my little Andrew for all the tea in China, but I pay him to tolerate my ******g and moaning. Actually, when I do the "I hate you" thing.. or "I can't do this" thing... he grins ear to ear and says "that means I'm doing my job, baby.... let's go... 2 more". Anyway.. I'm just glad you're back in a more comfortable position with him.... you'll work out better if you don't have these emotions to contend with. It's hard enough to get in there and do the do without feeling that the relationship itself is hurting your training.

Well I'm glad you guys figured it out, I know how much you value your relationship. Some people I think have to get a little more personally involved even with their trainer to be able to succeed to their highest ability they can. Not necessarily personal relationship, but a very secure professional relationship as well. I know I'm the same way.
You are too hard on yourself, you beat yourself up at times. How you can change it, I have no clue. Day by day? Self talk? I know those two right there do wonders for me in my anxiety issues.
