I"m still starving. I had a hard time controlling myself while out running errands and grocery shopping today. I won though, I only had a latte...woot! But I'm afraid for tonight, lol and right now, I'm really hungry!! Think this no process crap is getting to me. I'm doing good, but I'm craving the processed stuff badly!

Hi ladies, My name is Jenny, 53 years young, and I am new to this forum. I have posted in a couple of forum, but I feel like home here. I have been hanging around reading your posts and just know that this forum is for me. May I join you ladies? I am in the process of having the surgery but I thinik my Cardioligist is going to say no because of my heart Arrythminia, I also had DVT a few years back, which is blood clots in the legs, so I am a little scared too.
