B: 1/2 serving steel cut oats, 1/2 serving canadian bacon, 2 poached eggs

S: banana

L: southwestern barley salad w/home made lemon oil dressing.

S: apple and a large nonfat latte

D: a destroyed wannabe sushi

I"m still starving.  I had a hard time controlling myself while out running errands and grocery shopping today.  I won though, I only had a latte...woot!  But I'm afraid for tonight, lol and right now, I'm really hungry!!  Think this no process crap is getting to me.  I'm doing good, but I'm craving the processed stuff badly!

I am little late... B:  Fruit and walnut salad from McD, small black coffee (210 cal) L:  chicken taco salad without the shell, 2 oz chicken, 1/4 cup pinto beans, 1/4 cup rice, salsa, lettuce, 1 TB sour cream (500 cal, estimate) S:  4 shortbread cookies (120 cal) S:  tangerine (50 cal) D: grilled chicken salad with ranch (530 cal) S: 4 shortbread cookies (120 cal) Late night bad girl - 1 cup yogurt blends (245 cal) 1775 calories    Does anyone know of any GOOD low cal dressing?  I love salads but hate most of the low cal dressings so I keep using regular which adds so many calories.  Was high today.  It was a very stressful day and I am starting to learn that when I get really stressed or really angry, I dive right for the sweets.

I'm the same way, I hate ff salad dressings.  I've been messing around with home made ones, but I still haven't found any I really love.  I think I'm about ready to come to the conclusion that real dressing is just one of the things I'm going to have to count calories/or points for.  Just like butter with some people, theres just no comparison.  Think I would rather take a loss somewhere else in the day and enjoy my salad!

Hi ladies, My name is Jenny, 53 years young, and I am new to this forum.  I have posted in a couple of forum, but I feel like home here.  I have been hanging around reading your posts and just know that this forum is for me.   May I join you ladies? I am in the process of having the surgery but I thinik my Cardioligist is going to say no because of my heart Arrythminia, I also had DVT a few years back, which is blood clots in the legs, so I am a little scared too.  So I started a plan on my own and so far I am down to 315# from 328#.  Here is what I had today. B:  6oz plain nonfat yogurt  (sweetened with splenda-2pkts)       3 oz turkey        1/2 banana         20oz water S:  1 apple

L:   3oz turkey        2 slices 100%whole wheat bread        1 oz low fat cheese         20 oz water

S:   1 string cheese D:   3 oz broiled Salmon        1 cup brown rice        1/2 cup green beans w/some squash        20 oz water         S: Hope to be asleep, nothing on TV tonight Thank you all for the support

Jenny
