B: Whipped cottage cheese with blackberries, iced coffee with soy milk - 250 S: Black coffee - 15 L: Split pea soup with collard greens (the soup was packaged, Amy's...I added the greens to it) - 120 S: Milk chocolate-sea salt bar - 200 (BEST FLAVOR COMBINATION EVER!) D: "BBQ tuna" (just canned tuna mixed with BBQ sauce and chopped celery) in endive leaves, roasted Brussels sprouts - 295 Dessert? (Not sure yet.) Edit: Dessert: Peeled bosc pear, glass of almond milk - 110 1000 calories

You always have something interesting in your menu even when I don't know what it is. It's always an adventure for me to see what you eat.  Milk chocolate and sea salt? Hmmm guess that would cover that sweet and salty craving I have from time to time, kind of like a peanut cluster without the peanuts or chocolate covered pretzel without the pretzel. Sounds yummy. Thanks Beth! Oh, the combo is pure brilliance. "Chocolate covered pretzel...without the pretzel" just about does it. You must seek it out and try it. Usually I am a dark chocolate girl, but this I just died over.

B: 1 reg yoplait yogurt L: SPLURGE!!!! Hardee's charbroiled chicken club (the WHOLE thing), side salad and iced tea (920 calories, 40 carbs!!!!! 48 protein) D: smoked sausage, corn and green beans S: reg yoplait yogurt Today TOTALLY sucked. I was so hungry and so busy, I stopped at Hardee's. Worst place in the worst for calories unless you like them. Won't be doing that very often. Good thing was I skipped the soda and fries and did tea and salad instead.  Wish me luck tomorrow. Supposed to go to Applebee's with my sister. Think I'm going to have to find something I like on the WW menu.  Beth

Beth, IMO, the reason you went overboard on Lunch was that you didn't have protein or fiber in your a.m. meal (s), you only had breakfast and not a snack.  You should be eating 5-6x a day and your minimeals should be more complete, not just dairy and two meals a day.

Today was a BUSY hectic day so I grabbed wherever and whenever I could. I hate days like that because I don't make the best choices. Yeah, you are right tho. Just not enough of the right things when I did eat. Tomorrow is another day, tho.

So far I have had half of a Cobb Salad from Culvers.With some Honey Mustard Dressing. I am searching for something to eat for dinner...I want something I have never had before....ugh! EDIT: Ok so FINALLY by 10 pm I ordered Pizza..I didnt want to do that but I did. Let me tell you...Isure as hell dont regret it lmao! This is so damn good! OMG! Ididnt get deep dish but close enough..it is Double Dough Pizza. The sausage on it is marvelous. I have never tasted pizza so good in my life. lol. I order a small....seriously its the size of a LARGE! But oh soooooo good. Ah...

60 minute wog before work 8:00 = hi pro hot cocoa + i small tangerine, 120 cals nothing all this time.....bad bad 12:30 pm = high protein veggie sloppy joe + 1 c kale + 1 slice ezekial bread ~180 cals 3:00 = cappacino hi pro 80 cals 4:30 = 1/2 hi pro bar 150 6:30 = elk paprikash+ fingerling potatoes, carrots, bleu cheese ~500 cals EDIT:  3 ounce choco bar + 1.5 oz almonds + a skinny cow.  Burp!
