What did you eat today? 02/19
Wheee...glad you posted, 'cause I'm in that evening slump where I "want" a snack even though I'm NOT actually hungry. Also, I need writing to commit to the collard greens because I really like them, and I already bought them, but washing them is ANNOYING!
Breakfast: Iced coffee with soy milk ~125 C
Lunch: Carrot-veggie-ginger juice, sea vegetable salad ~300 C (?)
Snack: Celery stix w/ hummus -30 C
Dinner: Bacon sandwich (toast, four slices of bacon, and arugula sprouts), steamed collard greens and cauliflower - 335 C
Dessert: Plain skyr, blackberries - 140 C
Total: about 930 Calories, but I don't really know because I ate lunch out and it's an eyeball estimate. I'm happy though!
B: 2-3oz sausage patties
L: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1oz mixed nuts
D: chicken fajita (no wrap), 1/4 c refried beans w/cheese, 1/4c mexican rice, salsa, 2tbsp sr cream
S: not sure yet, maybe a tangerine so I can get some kind of fruit in today besides I love tangerines and these are really, really sweet.

Hello all! I am currently in my hotel room on a slow ass laptop and watching the Biggest Loser. It took me FOREVER to get to Chicago....there were patches in Michigan where I hit snow. Anyways! I didn't eat today until 6pm
I ordered 2 Chicago Style Hot Dogs from Portillo's.
I didn't eat the peppers or most of the pickles. I only ate like 1 and 1/4 of the two dogs. Thats all for today....tomorrow I am opting for a yummy salad or sandwich from a Deli around here.:) I am actually going to skip out on the pizza. I just feel like it isnt worth eating and wasting my calories on it. Blah it would taste mighty good but the hot dogs tonight didnt even taste that good. So salad, sandwich with lots of veggies or some fruit actually sound wonderful! I might grab some fruit from the continental breakfast in the morning on my out to the office. Now I need to stop rambling and go check out all the other posts and pay attention to this damn show!!!!

I had a major sweet attack tonight. Worked out extra hard doing old school bench aerobics and some yoga afterwards.
ALSO - had NO idea the wraps and Subway had more calories than the sandwiches! And about the same amount of carbs. HUH???
INSANE DAY! Planned, of course--- it's my birthday so I ate whatever I wanted!
