2 medium whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, 3 slices tomato, 6 slices thin ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 peach
6 oz. nonfat, low sugar, yogurt with fruit
16 oz. water
Dinner
Leftover "lamb" and barley soup
1/4 slices cornbread with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
1 large Slimfast Bar

1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
